Mines located in Death Valley, California (Incorporated in SD), 100 Shares, Black on orange underprint and border with miners drilling into mine walls, XF condition, The certificate was issued to Oswald Kirby and is endorsed by him on the verso. The certificate has not been folded and is in EF condition. A major mine in the Greenwater district, the Greenwater and Death Valley Copper Company, which was owned and operated by one of the great business magnates of the early twentieth century, Charles Schwab. New York, June 4, 1902. 4 Shares, S/N 3, Issued and ink cancelled stock certificate, Signed by Elbert Hubbard as president and Elbert Hubbard II as treasurer. XF condition. Roycroft was a reformist community of craft workers and artists which formed part of the Arts and Crafts movement in the USA. Elbert Hubbard founded the community in 1895 in the village of East Aurora, Erie County, New York, near Buffalo. Participants were known as Roycrofters. The work and philosophy of the group, often referred to as the Roycroft movement, had a strong influence on the development of American architecture and design in the early 20th century.

Colossal Cavern Co., 1921-1931 Issued stock certificates. KY. Lot of 5 stocks, all cancelled, all handwritten or typed on generic goes certificates, Colossal Cavern is a cave in Kentucky, the main entrance is at the foot of a steep hill beyond Eaton Valley and 14 miles from Mammoth Cave. It is connected with what has long been known as the Bed Quilt Cave. Several entrances found by local explorers were rough and difficult. They were closed when the property was bought in 1896 by the Louisville & Nashville railway and a new approach made. These certificates are of the new company. Unique Cave or cavern topic.
