1870 EL from Corfu to Cefallinia, franked with 2x2l. grey-bistre, 20l. blue and 1l reddish brown (to pay the interionian rate). The use of 1870 1l. stamp on EL is very rare. (Hellas 24a+19b+30b).
1870 (November 9th) entire letter from Nafplion to Athens franked with 1870 Special print 20l. sky-blue marginal with var. "02 instead of 20 with 0 inverted" (Kound.42.6), superb. The shhet margins have been clipped diagonally at a later date. A very rare item. (Hellas 31bNdII).
