Envelope addressed to France bearing Chile Yvert 14, 10c blue tied by cork cachet with Tome/Chile double ring in violet '8th Aug 75', endorsed 'via Panama' with Valparaiso transit, French entry cachet 'Outre-Mer/Le Havre' erased (Salles 134) and replaced with 'Pays Etr. Paq. Reg Le Havre' (Salles 1641) on face, charged with hand-struck '12' and Paris arrival on reverse. Lovely item of mail from Tome. Exhibition quality.
