Envelope addressed to France bearing Chile Yvert 15, 20c green tied by cork cancel with adjacent Concepcion/Chile double ring in carmine '21st July 75' endorsed 'via Talcahuano and Panama' with oval PD' in red (erased), routed via the British Post Office Callao 'Au 6' with London transit and framed accountancy 'GB/1f 60c', French entry cachet, charged with hand-struck '12' and Paris arrival on reverse. Very rare item of accountancy mail with the scarce twenty centavos green on cover with interesting routing. Exhibition item.
