Re "...I am transferring today ... the sum of 12,900 frs for the sale of 2150 stps of 6frs obtained, while waiting for French postage stamps, by overprinting stamps of Affaires Etrangeres". He also states that the service was only for French citizens living in Jerusalem. Fully signed R. Neuville. The stock of the 2nd issue - 2000 stps ovptd 20m (=6frs) Consulair was sold out on the above date.
