Unused Imperial 2nd Postal Card, a bright hand-painted colorful picture on reverse, depicting two men wearing official hats carrying different lanterns. One man carries two lanterns with a stick decorated as a dragon whileanother man carries a large merry-go-round, on which written "love the people as if they were his own children". VF-F.
