1903. Picture post card (vertical fold) of 'Carrickfergus Castle' addressed to 'Myingyan, Upper Burma, India' bearing Great Britain SG 216, 1/2d green tied by Belfast double ring 'Sp 13' with Sea Post Office transit 'Oc 4th', underpaid with framed 'T' hand-stamp and circular 'Overland. Postage/Due' with Myingyan arrival and oval 'Myingyan/16 Oc 03/Unpaid' in green. Very fine item of postage due mail into Upper Burma. This is the only example recorded by Ted Proud and used in his Burma book.
