Belgium 1985 - Birds by Buzin: 9F goldfinch with spectacular printing errors: inverted, double and shifted print - OBP / COB 2190 in blok van 4 met CERTIFICAAT KAISER
These stamps were printed using four-colour printing: black - red - yellow - blue.
Both the red and the black print are double, including 1 inverted print. The inverted red and black print is also shifted which is why it is partially on the side strip as well.
The certificate by Pierre Kaiser (the most renowned expert of Belgium) has a cosmetic imperfection: these stamps feature grey gum (TYPO grey), hence they are not 'sans gomme' (without gum).
