British Commonwealth 1947 UPU Blue Presentation Folder for Gold Coast containing 1938 definitive set of 13 & Victory pair. 300 were produced for each country represented. The majority were red (250) & 50 in blue. Some countries had all 300 in blue. Gold Coast had 250 in red & 50 in blue making this very rare.
