Austrian stps (Mi #186 & 191), for transfer of 28pi & 20pa equal to 10K, cancelled upon arrival by the “JERUSALEM 6 - QDS I SHERIF 6" octagonal datestamp 7.4.17, Collins PM26, A&P 27 rated RR, as addressee died (decede in manuscript) Money Order returned to sender & charged 5H upon arrival at POSADA OLCHWSKA 13.8.17;  light peripheral creases, f-vf & Rare "QDS I SHERIF 6" octagonal datestamp, slipped away by most collectors as this postmark was used in the back office of the post to treat money orders & items of special handling, certif.
