Rarity: Postal Bond of 100 pi purchased at Medjdil 2.9.1913 pmk (PM3) tying 20 pa Turkish stamp, cashed at Gaza 14.10.1913 pmk (PM5) on back. Postal Bonds were introduced on July 23, 1913 and were payable either to the bearer or to the payee. They were valid for three months and cost 20 pa up to  maximum of 100 pi. The Bonds were cut when being cashed as this example; filing hole o/w vf & Extremely Rare, certif. Turkish Philatelic Federation & Tsachor-Aloni
