Consular Service: 1947 forgery of KGV revenue 3/- green & violet, plus 10/- green & vermilion, as SETENANT BLOCK of 4, no wmk, line-perf 13¾, which was printed in setenant sheets of various values. Bft 138(F) & 143(F). VF fresh MNH. This is a contemporary forgery believed produced in Palestine / Israel around 1947 by the 'Haganah' Jewish paramilitary organization for use on forged immigration documents into British ruled Palestine. Very rare historical item & desirable in setenant format. Copy of 2018 Tsachor AIEP photo cert for larger blk, plus 2018 Ceremuga photo cert for this blk. (4) (P)
