The letters "O.A.S" on the front stood for "ON ACTIVE SERVICE", so no stamp was required. The blue mark is a censor 's stamp. And second O.A.S. acover send from a soldier in Egypt to Palestine Kfar-Haim via Tel Aviv, Passed by censor.
