"ΑΘΗΝΑΙ*18 ΟΚΤΩΜ 1854".Postage rate "3" was the internal rate (Zakinthos to Athens), "5" was the rate for post with ship (double postage rate) and "40" (lepta) double postage rate for internal Greek rate.
