The cancel "(ΝΑΥΠΛΙΟΝ*??) ΟΚΤ. 61" shows the month (october) and the year (1861). The 1l. is the right franking for newspaper up to 30gr. Certificate by P.Holcombe (1986). VERY RARE. (Hellas 1c).
