1901年5月23日清二次雙片之正片，盖銷橢圓形北京郵政局日戳，自塘沽寄德國。旁盖有塘沽德國客郵局始发戳及德國到達戳。背面有彩色手繪之青色飛龍圖案，精美绝伦背面边有小揭薄，整体上品。
