f.w. Small Dragon 1Cd strip of 3 with tight gutter (rightmost stamp torn), tied by Red Customs Hankow cds. Shanghai LPO arrival on reverse. Rare cover with Small Dragon stamps canceled by Customs cds. VF-F. RPS 2009 certificate attached.
1896年5月7日汉口寄上海小龙封，贴小龙1分银带右纸边横3连票（最右边一枚票有裂口），销红色汉口海关日戳，背有上海书信馆到达戳。小龙票销海关日戳者极少见，上品。附英国皇家集邮协会2009年证书。
