Japanese Occupation of Netherlands East Indies: Sumatra, ca. 1942, card from Palembang to Tokyo, Japan (Bulterman 165b), a 3½¢ black card, tied tiny "DAI NIPPON" cachet, canceled Palembang 16.9.1 and censored. Since Showa year 16 is 1941, year date cannot be correct. Clean and Very Fine.
