f.w. Red Revenue Surch. Issue Large 2c, tied by Woosung Dollar cds., on reverse with Shanghai LPO arrival. RPS certificate attached depicting it was original but stamp and cover are so discoloured as to no longer represent the use of the stamp as issued. F-VF. SOLD AS IS, NO RETURN.
1899年1月吴淞寄上海红印花实寄封，单贴红印花大字加盖2分票，销吴淞大圆戳。背面有上海工部书信馆到达戳。封附英国皇家邮学会证书，描述此封有可能为掉票后补上红印花票，但未确认。请预览，此封售出不作退换。
