On front bearing Kaifeng (Chia) originating cds.

1913年10月中式紅條封自河南開封寄蘇州，背貼楷字蟠龍1分票3枚，銷開封日戳，旁蓋開封府（壹）信櫃碑形戳、直式檢查員名字章、貼有“開封縣戒嚴區域檢查訖重封”檢查封條及蘇州到達戳。 正面另蓋有開封（甲）腰框始發日戳。
