BADEN-TURKISH EMPIRE, 1871, Entire letter from Lahr to Constantinople, franked with 1868, 7 kreuzer light blue and 3 kreuzer rose, tied by single circle "LAHR 21 NOV"; on reverse arrival mark "KAISERLICH DEUTSCHES POSTAMT No.1", some light toning, still fine. A scarce letter  with the good colour of the 7 kreuzer. Certificate Stegmüller BPP (2007)
1871, Kompletter Faltbrief von Lahr nach Konstantinopel, frankiert mit 1868, 7 Kreuzer hellblau und 3 Kreuzer rosarot, entwertet durch EKr. "LAHR 21 NOV"; rückseitig Ankunftsstempel "KAISERLICH DEUTSCHES POSTAMT No.1"; leichte Patina, sonst einwandfrei. Ein seltener Brief, insbesondere in Verbindung mit der guten Farbe.
