61L2, Eagle City Post, Philadelphia, 1846 (2c) Black, Type B with 46 points, stamp just clear to full margins, affixed but not tied on a folded letter sheet addressed locally, some light edge soiling at top wrinkling and partially separated along the bottom edge with couple tiny edge breaks at the bottom, mounting remainders on back side, as the stamp is not pen-cancelled as usual and the cover has a "5" collect rate marking indicating a locally delivered letter, it is our opinion that this stamp did not originate and is being offered as such (Scott $125 for unused single)Carriers & Locals
