Israel Postal History - Hagana (Israel 1948 military) Jerusalem cover sent by courier  (marked in Hebrew at top left) from the military governor to unit commander Shalomo Barkai of the military Palmach, Harel division. Marked "Secret" at top right & with the Military Governor round handstamp dated 5 May 1948 the old city. This cover with one middle vertical fold & ones small brownish spot on back side upper flap corner. F-VF & rare.
