Franked 25 Mil Doar Ivri stamps (correct rate), tied by Mandate postmark May 16 1948 repeated twice on back alongside Israeli Tel Aviv tri-lingo transit p/m of May 16 & Petah Tikva arrival Mandate p/m May 17. F-VF. According to the Flury catalog,  # 3501 is the second registered cover sent after independence on 5.16/1948 from Kfar Sava.  2)  Commercial registered cover # 0537 from Kfar Atta to Haifa. Franked 10 Mil pair with tab at bottom & pair of 3 Mil perf.10x11 tied by Mandate p/m May 16 1948 repeated twice on back alongside Israeli Haifa tri-lingo p/m May 18 1948. Some small spots toning, otherwise VF.
