Israel 1948 Interim - Jerusalem 2nd convoy registered cover from the Anglo Palestine Company Bank to its Tel Aviv branch. Frank 25 Mils local stamps, tied by Minhelet Ha'am postmarks alongside one line dated handstamp of May 13 1948 & registration label "Jerusalem 4" number 0175 ("Jerusalem 4" labels were use only by the A.P.C bank). According to the Shimony catalog, total of 24 registered covers with registration label "Jerusalem 4" recorded to be mailed from the bank between May 12 to June 4 1948. This cover with new unlisted registration label number. The numbers listed for May 13 are 0121, 0130, 0148, 0151, 0155, 0177, 0186, 0190 & 0194.  Tel Aviv arrival p/m on back 21.6.1948 (2nd convoy arrival p/m). Cover missing small part on top margin, otherwise VF & rare with usage of bank registration label during the transition period.
