Blackened allied propaganda meter-mark "Un seul but la victoire" on June 1943 cover to Geneva, opened at 2 sides. In 1943 the French government in exile issued stamps and meter-marks in Algeria, Marocco and Tunesia featuring the "V" and the text above. These stamps and meter-marks were not accepted by the German Post and were blackened. Letters to Switzerland were blackened by the German censor as well - see Postkrieg, p. 34 (Burhop/Heijs, 2011).
