Austrian offices in Palestine 1864/67: Envelope from Jaffa to the High Gate in Constantinople, franked by 1867 coarse whiskers 10 s. blue, a fresh single adhesives, tied by light "JAFFA 23 / 8" (1875?) cds (Tranmer fig. 1) in black, reverse with "LLOYD AGENZIE SMIRNE 29 / 10" transit cds (signed Ferchenbauer). In addition an 1867 15 s. brown with the same cds on piece as well as three stamps/pieces with CAIFA cds's (Tranmer figs. 1 & 2) incl. a fine post-1866 usage of 1864 5 s. rose & 10 s. blue perf 9½ on piece to pay the 15 soldi rate from the Levant to Austria.
