1879: 25 c. black on lilac, a fine horizontal pair of fresh colour, used on 1881 double rate cover to Wiborg endorsed via 'St. Petersburg', tied by bilingual ROUSTCHOUK cds in black (Sept 25). Reverse with further strike of Roustchouk cds, Urgeni transits (Sept 27) and St. Petersburg cds's (Sept 30, Oct 1). Obverse with Finnish 'Ank' marking (Oct 13g).
