1856/60: Santiago printing 10 c. deep blue, three diagonal bisects used to pay a 15 centavos rate (two of the stamps are sheet marginal at right), used on cover to Valparaiso, all tied by target handstamps in black. Addressee's name excised but a rare multiple usage of the bisects. Cert. BPA (1980).
