McNish, the imperforate horizontal strip of five showing all five types, of fine fresh colour with ample to large margins all round, tiny closed corner tear at upper left corner, unused. Unissued due to the denomination being the US rate of 3 cents whilst the Confederate States never had a 3 cent rate. Attractive and seldom seen multiple. Cert.
