Somaliland Protectorate 1936, 3 a. chocolate and grey-green and 4 a. green and black, used on 'Africa Orientale/Via Ala Littoria' envelope, from Berbera (British Somaliland) to Atbara (Sudan), dated 18 February 1936, tied by attractive single strike of the Berbera datestamp in black, flown via Khartoum, the 7a. rate up to ½oz, transit and arrival on reverse dated 18th and 19th respectively, very clean and fresh cover, scarce example with less than a dozen covers flown.
