DE LA BOURSE" on preprinted letter sheet "PAR BALLON MONTÉ" ('formule ordinaire') to Richetin par Neuvy-Pailloux, arrival/transit pearled "NEUVY PAILLOUX 1E | 22 OCT. 70" on the back, so possibly 'Victor Hugo A'.
