The adhesives all tied by seven strikes of the 64 dot lozenge with "Latacunga" datestamps (Feb 1) of despatch. Tiny contemporary scissor cuts in each multiple of no significance and not detracting from the appearance of a splendid and exotic cover for the connoisseur of the first issue.
