First UK Aerial Post London-Windsor 1911 (Sept. 9/16): Album with 42 original photocards of pilots and their airplanes, including signed postcard by Gustav Hamel, Hubert on his Biplane, Clement Hug Greswell in front or aboard of his Bleriot aircraft, 'The first aerial postman leaving Hendon', 'Mr. Hamel with return mails", 'Mr. Clement Greswell in the cockpit', 'Mr. E.F. Driver in a Farman biplane' or 'arriving from Hendon with four bags of mail (Sept. 12) as well as one press photo dated Sept. 9 (1911) with the corresponding photomontage. All nicely mounted and described on album pages. A fine and scarce offer.
