Single Watermark 1926/30: Sideface 3 d. dull blue, Single Crown over A wmk., perf. 14, Die I, an unused horizontal pair, marginal from base of sheet with variety "Imperforate on Three Sides", described as "The finest pair we have seen" by Mossgreen in 2015, the Besançon example (Corinphila sale 221, Nov 2017, lot 6610) was, in this describer's opinion, equally fine. This pair is also imperceptibly mounted with large part og., superbly fresh and most attractive. Illustrated in Brusden White on page 4/293.
