Single Watermark 1918/23: Sideface 4 d. violet, Single Crown over A wmk., perf. 14, Plate 2, an unused example, centred to right, position 2R12 showing "Line Through FOUR PENCE" variety, hinge remnant otherwise fine, part og. An extraordinarily rare stamp: just 5 mint and 15 used examples are recorded. From the unused, one (ex R. T. P. Chapman) is housed in the Australia Post Archival Collection, another is housed in the collection of His Majesty King Charles III, thus just three examples only are available to collectors. Rare.
