Postal Stationery 1882: Final Artwork for 4 d. postal stationery envelope indicia by De La Rue, the circular embossed Die in ultramarine highlighted Chinese white on thin brown tracing paper; handstamped "15 JUNE 82" at top right in black, with Great Britain 2 d. blue cut-out from postal stationery registered envelope with manuscript "Colour" above and signed off "Approved EEB" in ink and dated "19/6/82".
