Wenden 1867 (Oct 14): Cover from Wenden to Riga, bearing Wenden 2 kop. cramine-red & green, an early impression from the first printing, in mixed franking with Russia 1866 10 kop. brown & blue on horizontally laid paper, tied by fair WENDEN despatch cds. Reverse with indistinct RIGA arrival cds of the next day. Minor toning, nevertheless a very fine and distinctive combination franking. Cert.
