1882/86: 4 d. grey and 1878 3 d. mauve-lilac used on 1884 cover to London tied by 'Barbados' bootheel duplex (April 9) with framed "LATE FEE" adjacent in black. Reverse with hooded London arrival datestamp (April 28) in red. Rare usage of the Late Fee marking and an unusual mixed issue franking.
