Crown CA, perf. 14, a used example on registered 1897 cover to Leicester tied by "A05" obliterator with REGISTERED / NASSAU datestamp adjacent (March 2) and oval 'R' both in red. 'Registered / London' transit (March 17) in black also on obverse and Leicester arrival on reverse of a fine and scarce cover.
