1864-71, 2 d, blue, plate II (19 mm wide), imperf, with clear NZ wmk, RETOUCHED with re-cut frame line at left (see Robson Lowe page 409), pos 240 (XX/12), with clear strike of OTAGO, SG 98 is not listed with the 2nd plate and SG115d is listed with wmk large star, but here is a clear NZ, this is a very interesting stamp for the specialist with clear to jumbo margins from the lower right corner of the sheet, a magnificent positional showpiece, XF!
