New Orleans Aug 31 1921" cds, supported by "Vladivostok Siberia" duplex handstamps, minor cover wrinkles, fine (USS New Orleans, a naval protective cruiser saw action during the Spanish-American War, 1898. It was stationed in Vladivostok from 17 July to 20 December, 1919, supporting the Allied force in Siberia and again from 30 May to 3 October, 1921)
