Jordan 1923 MH, complete sheet of thirtysix Hejaz 1½ Piastre lilac stamp overprinted "Arab Government of the East 9 Sha'ban 1341" further surcharged by arabic handstamp "half piastre" (SG n 110). The sheet was divided into various blocks subsequently reassembled by hinges, this does not detract the visual appeal enriched by the presence of two stamps partially imperforate between (position 4 & 5 on the sheet) and the black ink trace of the typographic dowel used on the right side of the word "Hukumat" on the stamp in position 27 of the sheet. Inevitable light yellowings. B. Longo photoexpertise. RARE.
