Lebanon stamps, 1943 MNH "Medical congress" 50 Piastres blue-gray, the two complete blocks of 25 unperforated and without surcharge (Yvert air n. 83). Proof mirror printed directley by the copper matrix (and not through the rubber roll printing with which the normal stamp would have been obtained). Gum and paper as in the issued stamps. Recorded by Kaczmarczyk. VERY RARE THE SHEET COMPLETE.
