Egypt, Alexandria incoming under-franked cover sent from DERNA Libya Italian Colony on 13/7/1928 using two 50ct stamps (Sassone n 51) to reach only 1L instead of 1,25 Lira. So was rightly taxed in Alexandria on 23/7/1928 for 6mill using tax due stamps 2mill grey-black and 4mill green (Sg n D173 and D175). NICE AND UNCOMMON.
