Egypt, folder letter sent unfranked from the Greek consular post office in Alexandria on 17/10/1868 to Siros where was charged with a 40 leptas Purplish mauve in blue stamp (Hellas n 20 I e) on 26/10/1868. "40" handwritten in blue for payment claimed. Stamp with four intact margins, one of which is very short. SCARCE.
