On arrival, the card was presented to the GPO Foreign Section receiving "LONDON/13 OC/30/F.S.71" c.d.s., and was franked by GB KGV. 1d. tied by similar London c.d.s., fine. A RARE POSTCARD. ONLY TWO SUCH CARDS EXIST.
