1928-1960: THE ENTIRE COLLECTION OF THE UPU SAMPLES OF POLAND POSTAL STATIONERIES THAT WERE FORMERLY PART OF A FAMOUS SCANDINAVIAN POSTAL MUSEUM. It shows all the Poland postal stationeries that the Scandinavian postal administration received from the UPU. A large majority show in pencil the year of receipt and an archival number. The collection was stored in the archives of the postal museum. It contains in total 188 different items all in outstanding very fresh condition (they have never been in collectors hands). It particularly interesting to show which postal stationeries of Poland were distributed by the UPU to its member states, at which date and from which printing (maybe some special printings for the UPU are to be discovered). The manuscript notes on a large majority of the postal stationeries demonstrates their UPU specimen status. To our knowledge it is the first time ever that such a UPU postal stationery collection has been offered. A UNIQUE OPPORTUNITY FOR RESEARCH.
