1898 MUSCAT: Registered cover to DJIBOUTI via Bombay & Aden, franked on the reverse by India QV 2a. pale plue and 2a6p. yellow-green vertical pair, all tied by small squared "MUSCAT/NO 26/98" c.d.s., "SEA POST OFFICE/A/DE. 3/98" dater alongside, and on the front with trisected "REGISTERED/MUSCAT/N. W." h/s, circled sender's h/s 'Gopaljee Waljee MUSCAT' as well as octagonal French 'Reunion-Marseille' datestamp. The cover partially stained and crease, and opened bit roughly at top, but A VERY SCARCE COVER FROM MUSCAT TO DJIBOUTI.
