1868 Cover from Paris to RANGOON via Marseilles franked by Napoleon 1868 80c. carmine-rose tied by Paris numeral "35" in star of dots, Paris '22 Aug 68' despatch cds, red boxed "PD" as well as red "RANGOON P.O./9/SEP/68" double-ring datestamp on front, Marseille and blue oval dater of Sea P.O. (Aden-Bombay) on the reverse. Envelope lightly creased/folded but still good. A SCARCE AND EARLY FRANKED COVER FROM FRANCE TO BURMA.
